Flexibility in working hours. If I had an appointment I could leave and come back.
Cons
District Managers and Above are extremely narcissistic and treat their teams horribly. The decent upper management either quit or were forced out by the narcissists. They talk poorly about the people they don’t like and play heavy favoritism. It’s like high school all over again. The business does shady things to try to hide all their misdeeds. I watched this company go down hill for many years.
