Pros

You get paid money if you’re able to sell a debit card installation

Cons

Just how the company run as whole it’s very toxic and doesn’t pay well to put up with a lot of childish issues

It's a call center with poor leadership - of course it sucks!

Pros

You get a paycheck every two weeks.

Cons

- Poor leadership. I cannot stress this enough. - Lots and lots of Power Trips and office politics -Cliques exist in leadership and cause tension. The jobs here are stressful enough without leadership creating unneeded internal stress. There are "favorites" - if you're not one, you are treated like a second class worker. - No respect for the individual worker. - Think about all of the stereotypical things you hear about call centers. This place has ALL of them. This is an EXTREMELY unprofessional work environment. Lots of change, very few explanations. There are much better phone jobs in Columbus, don't choose this one.
