      Pros

      This is the most fun work experience I've ever had, while at the same time the most challenging. I've grown so much personally while at the same time developed deep professional and personal relationships. Diversity in all forms is truly welcomed.

      Cons

      It's not easy, you will be pushed but you won't be held to a standard any higher than the ownership holds themselves. Not really a con after all.

      Bosses are laid back and positive. Plenty of opportunities for advancement.

      Property managers are difficult. Job is very difficult. Work is largely thankless.

      Work Sunday through Thursday without having to work weekends and always opportunity to pickup more shifts for those wanting extra work.

      Cons

      Managment does not like you being even a few minutes late.
