      -Bosses were pretty good with employees -Were great at closing office when it was bad weather. They cared enough to want employees safe

      Cons

      -No room to grow -Work hard but you get laid off due to budget cuts while someone who would never work got to keep her job since she didn't get paid as much as I did.

      Cons

      This company does not care about its employees. Highly profit driven. Bait and switch during the recruitment and interview process. The reps from the lower 48 are insanely stuck up and full of themselves. They value looks over competency.
