      Terrible terrible management with ZERO inside career development.

      Pros

      New office building with updated equipment. Work/life balance is not bad but be expected to have a forced on-call rotation with no reward.

      Cons

      Management, pay, advancement, training. Management reap awards with private jets to Kentucky Derby and catered meals with huge bonuses (public record) and the rest of the corporation gets a 2% increase.

      I learned a lot about the Industry. Some of the people I worked for were top notch as well.

      Cons

      Im at a loss for how I was treated here from the very beginning. Digging in and commiting to extra work when my team needed someone to step up and then being tossed like a piece of trash was humiliating to say the least. Shame on you...And the endless excuses not to pay you commissions and bonuses.... Some of us have families to support. Our hard work should be compensated appropriately

      Pros

      I am no longer employed there.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. Being set up to fail. Favoritism. I was terminated while on Workers Compensation leave, after 12 years of service. I did not receive as much as a phone call, checking on my progress, after 5 surgeries. Whom ever packed my belongings, included patient EOB's, patient account information, and a partial list of employees containing their DOB and SS#'s.
