CHS is a wonderful company to work for. Great leadership. Although, at times they operate as 6 different divisions

Cons

I would suggest anyone who works at CHS take a course on how to handle the politics!!!

Pros

Can't think of any pros for this pathetic company. If anything, the pay is average. Decent cell phone.

Cons

No idea how to be successful. Hospice is treated like the red headed step child. Way to many managers that are just plain nasty. You have nurses over stepping there bounds. Very negative culture. Upper mgmt is run by a good ole boys network. Hospice adm have no idea what they are doing. Sales is treated like crap.

The work is ok. Lots of room to grow and change.

Cons

Poor leadership. Within my department the training team is very incompetent. There is no morale or opportunitis to build morale.
