      CHS is a large management company that owns approximately 150 hospitals. They are very good at making a hospital profitable.

      Cons

      CHS focus too much on making each of their managed hospitals turn a profit instead of allowing local management identify their specific needs of their community.

      They often flex up and down with contracted staff to meet expected or less expected sustainment, leading to inconsistency or incongruity of support

      To me a con is only what you make it. You may dislike somethings but it up to you have your pave your career.
