EXPOSURE! You will have the opportunity to work with varying levels of staff, numerous systems, different scenarios and whatever else comes up. Professional Growth - Say what you will about CHS good or bad you are going to grow from the challenges you will face both professionally and culturally. Opportunity - A lot of what is going on at CHS in regards to the negative feedback has a lot to due to their success and rapid growth. While this does create a lot of the negatives people refer to it also makes opportunity fro someone willing to go for it.
Cons
Pay for management is below average. A lot of weak management. Too many chiefs? How many VPs does one department really need? Company still trying to find their identity/culture since acquiring Triad.
