Pros

Good work for the soul, interesting work, great retirement plan.

Cons

Arrogance endemic. Difficult attorney with poor leadership skill elevated to COO, much to everyone's distress. From what I hear, she has not improved at all. Weak leadership all around. Low pay for attorneys.
