Management is out of touch, caseloads far too high.
Pros
Amazing coworkers, all of the case managers, therapists, and nurses I worked with are incredibly supportive of one another. Benefits are decent considering the constant overflow of workload.
Cons
Management is entirely out of touch. From coordinators to supervisors, even Human Resources are incredibly out of touch with the current morale and massive turnover rates. Management refuses to listen to anyone who speaks up against blatent discrimination and actively retaliates against those who speak to supervisors and HR regarding these issues. If you are a person of color, gender diverse, or neurodiverse, I would highly recommend looking else where as the management and HR at this location is not welcoming or friendly and will punish you for speaking up against discrimination.
