Pros

Pay and benefits are great and you can make more each year through a tiered salary system. Plenty of opportunities for training. Convenient parking and location. You will meet people who really care about helping others.

Cons

Toxic work environment and HR will not help you. Security officers may not have appropriate training and clients who are homeless often bring in weapons. You will meet many clinicians with personality disorders, bullying & intimidation behaviors. You will likely burnout fast unless you find a healthy manager (met just one healthy mgr in 3 years).

One boss is awesome, the other is condescending and passive aggressive. Mileage Reimbursement, flexible schedule.

Cons

Supervisor is rude and tells other coworkers info about your personal life and is overall incompetent to be doing the job.
