Attempts made at increasing morale through events throughout the year, no day is ever the same, good place to start your career, good place to learn

Cons

Little career growth, high staff turnover, no raises or incentives except gift cards, they ask you to contribute to the company from your pay constantly when you don’t have enough to survive yourself on what you are paid, High staff turnover, inconsistency with directives from supervisory staff. Poor supervisors who have poor/little management skills.
