The management of the ECEAP program has recently changed, bringing with it a lack of communication, a disregard for employee's opinions and needs, and a willingness to traumatize children for no reason. I was a teacher with this organization until I was suddenly ripped from my classroom with no notice and for no reason the director could give me. I was not communicated with directly, and most of what I learned was through hearsay. It was appalling that not only an employee was treated this way, but the children we are dedicated to serve experienced yet another traumatic event by having a securely attached adult removed without warning or closure from their lives. Current management has total disregard for every other human being besides themselves. Oh, they also lied about compensation.
