Pros

The administration genuinely cares about worker morale and provides two parties, bonuses and cost of living increases, and thank you gifts regularly throughout the year. They encourage vacations and offer the best benefits possible. Definitely the most incentivized nonprofit I've ever worked at.

Cons

Nonprofit world problems-- too much need, not enough budget. Not making what I'm worth, tend to get overloaded easily even with administrative support, and the fear of budget cuts are always looming.

Great coworkers and supportive management. Loved every minute working here. If I didn't have to move I would still be there!! Great free benefits
