Pros

Helping clients in the program in need with getting them resources they need for either mental health, shelter, and safety.

Cons

Emotionally draining. Program managers expected a lot of work done on a time crunch. Overtime had to be approved, but often wasn't and was needed to complete the job so I often worked overtime and didn't log it o avoid getting in trouble. insufficient pay.

Benefits are good since it’s a large company, good office space and supplies, nice coworkers

Over worked, low pay, upper management doesn’t care, suck you in then burns you out
