Pros

Some sense of autonomy. My hospital is profitable so we were left alone then a lot of other hospitals who are constantly hounded.

Cons

While they boast autonomy sets them apart, they constantly throw an initiative down your throat and force you to do it their way, even when you're practice is thriving

Most staff in the front of house was pleasant

Cons

Very poor communication amongst this company. I don’t feel like I was trained formally. We were short staffed my first couple of weeks which made help in order to learn difficult to get. If you have any other options I would HIGHLY recommend considering those first.
