The environment for the most part was great and so was the fact you got to see pets all day long.

Cons

- short staffing due to lack of replacing staff that left. - poor management - toxic personality from said management.

Pros

High Standard of Patient Care. Freedom to manage my team and give them the work/life balance I feel is necessary to succeed. Support from my RDO as needed. Benefits continue to grow, PTO allotment is great! I’ve had the ability to grow professionally with the Corporation for 12 years.

Cons

Lower pay for entry level positions (CSR, Assistant, Technician right out of school) is challenging to obtain/retain long term team members.

Day to day feels autonomous from a corporate owned practice

Cons

No training, little to no support from management or directors, bottom line focused, too much extra work to get necessary thing to make medical practice run. No support from HR. Terrible pay incentive
