Pros

-Can be rewarding to see individuals grow with time. Also the friendships you make along the way. -Also benefits get better the longer you stay. -Only agency with a Union, and competitive pay to other agencies.

Cons

-New employees won't experience those better benefits, due to CWI executives continuing to cut them consistantly during union negotiations. -A black hole for those without degrees, with no advantages for working on the floor for years. -Health care is a constant fight, especially now with the threat of High Deductible. -Turnover, turnover, turnover. -Which leads to guilt of working extra than you want

Pros

opportunity to work with incredible individuals and most of the coworkers who are there for the individuals make this job impossible not to love

Cons

Administration is top heavy. Overworked and underpaid staff while management makes the money. Management seems to forget why we are a no for profit corp and forgets about the individuals we care for
