Pros

I have grown faster here than anywhere else. The team works hard but we are in it together. Its really hard at times and the hustle and grind are no joke we are short staffed and really lean but the impact is there an the team has the right people to do it

Cons

short staffed too lean no worklife balance working 30-40 overtime hours a week
