Pros

Ambitious company Little competition in the health sector area Your helping to build innovative healthcare technology.

Cons

You're easily expendable, just like many companies that are driven by money who don't put people first. Many exhausting meetings, some are pointless. Drink the kool-aid kind of place. As an acquired subsidiary, you quickly find out insurance is more expensive (this was before 2026.)

Pros

Remote work, work life balance is good

Cons

Since starting there has been 3 layoffs, a skip in raises, and offices being shut down. Everytime the same thing is said which is refocusing, not much confidence left with the company

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Your shaken confidence is understandable. Restructures are never easy, and our goal is to treat all employees - current and former - with transparency, honesty, and compassion through these difficult moments. We don't always get it right, and we always have room to improve, but our intentions are always to care for our people as best we can. The truth is that confidence and employee trust take time to build, and we are working hard to establish a steady rhythm of success, growth, stable strategies, and nourishing our culture internally. We welcome any feedback or suggestions you or any Commurians may have to improve our communications and employee engagement. You're welcome to reach out to me directly with any thoughts. Thank you again for taking the time to share your insights with us.
