      - Opportunity to work with great tech - Amazing people, and good camarederie - New CEO has done a geat job

      Cons

      - Poorly trained customers greatly increased backlog - Some managers were not versed in IT, hence could not really manage IT projects

      Chaotic environment at the moment

      Pros

      Generous insurance benefits. Numerous job and life support services through HR. Smart people if you can meet them.

      Cons

      Fractured corporate culture. If you’re not at the New Jersey office regularly you will have nonexistent networking opportunities and very limited career opportunities. Chaotic rollout of support tools and applications. They’ll change often enough that you’ll need to ask where to find information you need. Activist investors on the board only care about the latest numbers… not the employees or the quality of the product which has been suffering for years now.
