6yThank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your contributions to making Commvault what it is today. With any new CEO coming in there is going to be change. Sanjay comes with his own vision and pace of work and has some big goals, which is exactly why our founders Bob and Al, along with the board, choose him to lead us through this next chapter. However, it’s important to stress that Sanjay and the leadership are not about changing everything, but rather evolving our culture and accelerating our business by making continuous improvements to build on the phenomenal foundation and legacy that Bob and Al with all Vaulters the preceded him have created. The transformation we are undergoing as a company is indeed challenging but also necessary and deliberately centered around fueling sustainable growth and realize our potential as a company.
