Pros

Good customer base. Backup software has lot of takers.

Cons

There is no trainings, all the management suggestes is to refer the books online. Earlier the company policy was to provide a best possible support but now they have matrix as why a ticket is open. There is no growth path, with in the organization, Poromotions are biased, there is no formal process of selecting a employee to be promoted. The policies from a employee in a different GU, is different, when a Engineer in a different GU can work from home, same doesnt apply as HR feels that Indian empolyees are not capable, when this comment is challeged, HR says they will engage a Labor law consultant to answer those queries. Managenet back tracks on their words.

Pros

Overall CommVault Systems is a good place to work. You will learn a lot about current and important technologies in the marketplace. Also, for the tri-state area there are not a lot of companies in this market that offer this type of work environment. Management is understanding of personal life issues and are willing to work with employees in such scenarios to help the employee in their time of need. There's a laid back and casual environment to work in.

Cons

Internally there's not a great process for promotion and growth in your position.
