Only thing good was working remote

Cons

They do not care how the prime on the contract treats you. They allow the prime to place you in positions you did not get hired for and when you contact them about it they do nothing. They allow the treatment to continue and will not place you in a new role. They are very unprofessional people. They dont have any education benefits as well.

I have recently started working as Operations Manager. I have found the team at CompQsoft very supportive and HR support impeccable. Company provides great benefits, generous PTO and most of all they are willing to work with one's situation and accommodate as situation permits.

Cons

Most of the folks are assigned to projects so you only get to meet the teams less frequently.
