Poor communication with employees. Doesn’t answer questions effectively nor direct. It’s a hassle getting your questions answered/addressed. No relationship between the employees & management/HR

I’ve worked for CompQSoft for a few months, and have had an excellent experience. They found me a job, appropriate to my resume, with fantastic pay and benefits. Their recruiters, HR, and management are second to none. CompQSoft is full of knowledgeable, respectful, and cheerful professionals. This company brings a breath of fresh air to the IT community. I strongly recommend anyone with IT needs, or potential employees to give this company a chance. I’m confident that you’ll end up as satisfied as I have been.
