Pros

They pay on time. Benefits are good. Entry level candidates can learn the new technologies.

Cons

They don't give any feedback for the applicants. Do lot of fake promises and will not stand by their words. Managers are dumb and always try to screw the employees.

Pros

Timely pay, ability to make up lost time.

Cons

No orientation. Pour communication. HR not timely in responding to issues and often provided incorrect answers. Management avoids addressing/answering sensitive issues. Information isn't disseminated among employees. Poor contract terms as a sub-contractor, i.e. employees at the mercy of base closings and forced to use sick or vacation time which is minimal.
