I have recently started working as Operations Manager. I have found the team at CompQsoft very supportive and HR support impeccable. Company provides great benefits, generous PTO and most of all they are willing to work with one's situation and accommodate as situation permits.

Cons

Most of the folks are assigned to projects so you only get to meet the teams less frequently.

I’ve worked for CompQSoft for a few months, and have had an excellent experience. They found me a job, appropriate to my resume, with fantastic pay and benefits. Their recruiters, HR, and management are second to none. CompQSoft is full of knowledgeable, respectful, and cheerful professionals. This company brings a breath of fresh air to the IT community. I strongly recommend anyone with IT needs, or potential employees to give this company a chance. I’m confident that you’ll end up as satisfied as I have been.
