I work hard and my manager sees it and provides the resources and encouragement I need to be successful. The company offers great work-life balance. Good benefits and great team of people.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time here with my team. I got a paycheck with benefits and that is about it.

Cons

The organization needs serious work. No room for growth and promotion. No bonus and little pay raises. Contracts bid low based on what my Project Manager tells me. My contract had gone through several PMs. No stability and no longer small company status.
