Pros

I recently started at CompStak, and have been blown away by how willing and eager everyone on the team has been to help me get up to speed. CompStak has created a culture that truly embodies teamwork and support for one another. I also really appreciate the focus on transparency and action. Everybody knows what's going on in the company and is encouraged to take again to move things forward.

Cons

It's tough being remote, particularly when starting a new job. I can't wait to spend time with people in the office.
