Pros
I joined CompStak in 2019 after more than five years in the CRE brokerage world. Going from a buttoned-up, corporate environment to a start-up definitely took some getting used to, to say the least. From my very first day, I've always felt as if my ideas are listened to and valued, and my efforts are appreciated. From a work culture perspective, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better situation than what exists today at CompStak.
Cons
As is the case with many start-ups, there are still some "growing pains" that exist.
