Not much negative to say. I'd love a match on our 401k, but I expect that will come with time.

Nice people, casual environment (amongst everybody, including the founders), friday evening drinks/foosball/xbox party, flexible work schedule, and much more :)

Cons

Nothing at present. Given that the company will double or maybe triple in size very soon, there's a bit of anxiety about whether the great culture that we've built will be fully preserved.

Pros

Casual atmosphere. We wear jeans to the office and switch into suits for meetings. Dog friendly, free snacks, foosball table, "no a-hole" policy and generally great people.

Cons

Not much negative to say. The company is growing very quickly, so there is a risk that the company culture may suffer as a result, but the management is committed to keeping the culture strong.
