Pros
The Mexican holding company finally decided to dismantle and sell this company. I'm listing this as a pro as the world is just simply better off without this company.
Cons
Horrible working conditions, management structure (which I was a part of), salaries, commissions, quotas and consumer policy all matched the cheaply made and almost embarrassing product lines provided at absurd prices.
