Good pay, great commission, and decent leadership. Really takes the time to train its employees to understand the products and services the sell.

Pros
Friendly Co workers, store closes fairly early at 9:00pm. You get to work on computers and learn.
Cons
Low pay even with multiple certifications. Management is always breathing down your back and your main objective even as a tech is to make sales. Not a place for someone scared of sales. Not a whole lot of repair going on, mostly selling customer Microsoft OS and charging for backups is what they really want to do.

Good pay for relatively easy work, easily taught to newbies like myself Nice incentives that make you push harder to upsell and keep customers returning Management is understanding and helpful to new employees
Cons
Not enough hours in comparison with most normal part time positions you'd find Low # of customers walking in the door means less sales opportunities for staff
