Yet another app being ruined by AI

Fellow developers are great, in general. LGBTQ+ presence. Depending on the team you end up, you might get a great manager. Unlimited PTO. You keep the laptop you get after a few years working with them. Free therapy.

Cons

Going all in on AI, without considering all the issues that bubble has. Some manager aren't great. The culture is kinda "frat boy" and bigoted, with "jokes" and "jabs" that aren't funny at all. There are constant re-orgs and lay offs out of nowhere. The lack of direction is palpable. They keep adding features to the app instead of making what's there already better, and we all know how those apps that try to do everything end up.

Think twice before joining a startup: a cautionary tale

- remote culture - chill leaderships - solid branding team

Cons

- poor product and engineering all across the board - they acquired the startup I worked for, promised retention bonuses and increased compensation, and then gutted most of the team + shut down the product. On top of that, they also cancelled the retention bonuses.

I've never felt so comfortable at a company before. CompanyCam is a people-first organization and you can feel it when you show up for work every day.

None. I'm extremely grateful to be at CompanyCam.
