      You have some freedom to work from home.

      Cons

      They don’t care about their employees and the training you go through doesn’t prepare you for the job. They also cut corners on the policy’s.

      For new Agent with a licence great opportunity to learn and get your feet wet. But for only for a year at best

      Really no place for seasoned agents or anyone who wants to embrace the agent mindset

      -Uncapped earning potential -Multiple carriers to shop through -A lot of support from digital creative team -Competitive commission and bonus structure -Less cold calling, more making connections in local community

      Cons

      -Onboarding could use some work, with multiple carriers it can be difficult to know the in's and outs of each and that's where training is lacking -Many restrictions have been put in place for P&C carriers making it difficult to offer competitive pricing -Base pay is not enough to meet cost of living necessities -Very minimal marketing dollars provided to agents
