Just clearly falling apart internally. Nothing is planned well in advance to ensure the success of the employees. Management does not listen to feedback. A toxic workplace where some major management players hold too much power and create an awful place to be. Avoid it because you will not change anything until the company as a whole decides to make some big changes, which they don't seem open to doing anytime soon.

It's a sinking ship. Nobody I know is happy here, everyone I work with has at least considered leaving. We're losing agents left and right. We brag about having "30+ carriers" but they all have their own restrictions making it difficult to write business. You're expected to hit a ridiculously high premium quota all while networking, creating sources, servicing your book, going to events, and doing on-sites with 0 help.. If you want help you're expected to double your quota for half a year and then once receiving an associate you're expected to hit a higher quota with the threat of a chargeback. It feels impossible.
