      Pros

      Comparion continues to add to their carrier panel. They also are working hard to make sure the agents are properly compensated. This is going to take some time because they are new to the independent agency space.

      Cons

      Too tied to the mothership, Liberty Mutual. I think this has made it more difficult to implement the necessary changes to fully embrace what it is to be independent.

      Great place to work and succeed Everyone is helpful and my sales director is always willing to help source new clients

      Cons

      Not having a corporate card for business expenses is kind of rough starting out.
