Comparion pays higher than industry standard, cares about its employees both personally and professionally, and offers growth. Their recognition programs are top notch.
Cons
The training program is approximately ten weeks long, and a team of people are committed to helping employees succeed and reach career milestones. However, sales positions are not a good fit for everyone. The most successful employees are competitive, sales oriented, and enjoy prospecting and sourcing.
