      Pros

      My pay and job satisfaction is based 100% on my effort. If you work hard, you're only limited by yourself. We really don't have things that the company puts on us that cause roadblocks. My co-workers, managers, and trainers are of the highest quality, and give you everything you need to be successful.

      Cons

      It's a sales job, any cons are expected when you take on this role. Product could always be cheaper, quota could always be lower, we could have an office with a view of Lake Michigan.. Blah blah. The culture is great here, but it comes with the same struggles any business owner would have.

      Inclusive culture Employee centric Truly uncapped commission Leadership that cares and accepts feedback Day 1 Benefits w/ 401k + pension Flexible schedule + a great deal of time off Paid Training In most jobs you are compensated in a fashion that may not reflect the value of your impact to the company, this company pays you for the effort you put in and continues to impress me every day.

      I don't have many cons, I truly love my job and after some of the larger companies I worked for I wasn't expecting to love it this much. Reporting could use improvement

      Pros

      You get the freedom and flexibility of an independent brokerage with the backing of a huge insurance company. The old saying "you can't have your cake and eat it too" does not apply here. You can!

      Cons

      It's a brand-new division of an old company and there have been some growing pains as one would expect.
