      Pros

      Great experience so far. Change over has been a process , but happy with outcome so far.

      Cons

      No vocation Pay. Base pay drops after so many months for sells and after that the vacation doesn't take all the commission you earned all year into consideration

      after 6 months of being a sales agent they cut our 2% rentention bonus per month, we now need to get into a $300k book of business your first year in order to qualify for that bonus. That is a rather big pay cut. I can see doing it to new employees coming in but for those of us hired in 2025 to have that removed in 2026 is awful. Our biggest competition has more carriers than us, Comparion has no plan to bring on more carriers. Don't bother wasting your time on this company. Unless you've been with them for more than 4 years you are not going to make any money. The newbies are treated like we are expendable and that's how we feel.

      0 Pro's whatsoever! They've made commission goals impossible to reach and keeps your pay at bay! They health insurance options are a joke!

      Cons

      How much time do you have? The senior agents have dirty tactics and are constantly praise while the ethical agents are being punished for not meeting numbers.
