Pros

The tech at Compass is unmatched and creates a smooth workflow for agents. The culture is very collaborative and positive.

Cons

There are not enough manangers for the amount of agents, so their time is spread thin and it can be hard to get one on one time and attention.

Pros

I met some great agents here

Cons

There was no training for new agents, hard to reach people for help…you had to make appointments to talk to anyone…why do I need to make appointments when I have a question that needs to be answered right away? The staffs just comes off so fake and they definitely have favoritism. Commission split sucks and the monthly office fee is high for nothing in return.
