Pros

The name is synonymous with luxury and trend, the work environment is fun and supportive, the splits are good (sliding scale so you should be on a team), reasonably organized, the marketing and tools provided are great, and if you ever have a technical support question they are on it!

Cons

From what I understand, Compass is mostly team based so without one you may not do as well.
