Let me count the ways. Toxic environment- agents run over the week managers who are only there to collect their check. A real estate company attempting to hide behind a invisible shield of technology and most systems fail ....miserably. The agents who say they are there for the technology are the ones who really don’t sell anything. Looking out for the magic to happen. In reality if they are still trying, will it ever? Probably not.
