The agent experience team was composed of individuals that were easy to work with, easy to collab with, and overall just positive in delivery

They do not match 401k, but do offer free healthcare! So it kind of evens out.

Always changing so if you don’t like how something is ran, odds of it changing are high

Cons

Moving way too fast and focused too much on growth. Staff and leadership aren’t able to keep up with the growth and the constantly changing processes
