Good at raising investment money by convincing investors that they are unique.

Cons

They pretend like their technology is amazing, it is not. Every brokerage has it. They continuously try to 'game the system' with their unethical 'coming soon' listings. They pretend like they are growing rapidly, but it is just because they are paying insane amounts to buy off top producing agents. They are tacky and arrogant, and they put their logo and name in huge print all over transaction documents. Why? to convince their investors that they are actually improving real estate via technology and IPO at a valuation way higher than what they are actually worth.
