Many different teams all under compass so it makes it difficult to stand out sometimes! But overall great organization

Great company, it provides more support than any other brokerage out there for agents.

Cons

Commission splits aren’t as high as some other companies, but you have to look at the total package. Compass is a great company and focusing and education and putting the consumer first.
