This company is financially very successful, however, the leadership roles and higher up art directors ask designers to pump out work like designs machines and pressure them to satisfy all the agents’ marketing need. If you don’t agree on something with the leadership roles, you will going to have an exit interview. They will always be nice to you and tell you we are together like a family, but you would actually experience the dark side of abusing capitalism.

You don't get to work on Compass as a brand. You make marketing material for very picky real estate agents who in the end get the final say in the overall piece. Most of the things you make here will not show your skills as a designer or your ability to make design decisions.
