      Pros

      There are a lot of pros!!! I am about a month in, I started off in one brand and that didn't work out and they did their best by transferring me to another which they allowed me to choose. The Supervisors are amazing and have great attitudes. The CEO is super friendly and involved with company games, conversations and more. You cannot go wrong with your choice here.

      Cons

      The only con is the pay, but the comfort makes it worthwhile.

      Pros

      Some of my coworkers were great to work with, and the benefits were good.

      Cons

      -Very stressful work environment -No real support from management -Low pay -Hard to get a pay raise since you are measured against every other employee, despite supporting different major brands

      Great place for growth

      Pros

      Compass is all about retention and growth. A lot of time and energy is spent with agent development. And you get to work from home!!

      Cons

      Not really a con, but it's a place that you have to be ready to work and be accountable for your performance.
