Cleaning Operative Job without the hassle

Pros
Cleaning jobs are considered among the lowest of legal occupations and therefore cleaners can be treated with disregard by their employers. However, my experience of Compass is one of professionalism: they pay in full, on time, and do not overburden their staff. There is a clear line of management with Area Manager and Supervisor and no interference is allowed from the people we are cleaning for.
Cons
The company has to keep the contract and so as cleaners we are required to say 'Yes' when asked to do something that is not for us to do while doing Janitor duties. This is not a big problem because such duties are long and the break in monotony can be refreshing.
