There are no cons with this company itself, however depending on which account you work for there may be cons with that client account.

Great Coworkers, Extremely Underpaid

Pros

Dedicated coworkers. A large company with lots of opportunities to switch positions.

Cons

Workplaces are drastically changing, with increased flexibility and remote capabilities, better work/life balance, etc..... Compass Group unfortunately doesn't seem to be investing in implementing these changes. Also, for a for-profit/private company, pay was not comparable to other orgs with the same position.
